Our practice questions are original material written to reflect publicly available examination content outlines and general subject matter. They are not actual examination questions, are not obtained from any examination administrator, and are not a substitute for official study materials. Passing practice questions does not guarantee a passing result on any examination.
The Service provides educational practice material only. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, accounting, engineering, or other professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as such. For professional matters, consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
The free features of the Service do not require an account. Your study data is stored locally in your browser.
If you purchase a paid plan, access is granted to the purchaser. You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post paid content, and not to circumvent any access controls.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By purchasing, you also agree to that processor's terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
Subscription plans renew automatically for the period selected at purchase, at the then-current price, until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.
"Lifetime" access means access for as long as the Service continues to operate. It is not a guarantee that the Service will operate indefinitely.
Unless a refund policy is stated at the point of purchase, refund requests are considered in good faith on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact us at the address below with your transaction identifier.

If you export your study data, that file is yours. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service — including but not limited to examination outcomes, reliance on practice content, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
