考试概览Overview

NCLEX-RN 是美国注册护士（Registered Nurse）执业资格考试，由 NCSBN 统一出题，全美 50 州及海外属地通用。无论你在哪个州申请执照，都必须先通过 NCLEX-RN。这是全美报考人数最多、需求最稳定的医疗执照考试之一。The NCLEX-RN is the licensing exam for Registered Nurses in the United States, written by the NCSBN and accepted in all 50 states and territories. Whatever state you apply to, passing the NCLEX-RN is required. It is one of the highest-volume and most stable healthcare licensing exams in the country.

报名条件Eligibility

• 完成州护理委员会认可的护理教育项目（ADN 副学士或 BSN 学士）Complete an approved nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• 向目标州护理委员会提交执照申请（各州流程略有差异）Apply for licensure with your target state board of nursing
• 通过背景调查（指纹采集 + 犯罪记录核查）Pass a background check (fingerprinting and criminal record review)
• 取得考试授权（ATT, Authorization to Test），有效期通常 90 天Obtain an Authorization to Test (ATT), usually valid 90 days
• 国际考生需通过 CGFNS 学历认证及英语考试（IELTS/TOEFL）International candidates need CGFNS credential evaluation and an English test

考试形式Exam Format

电脑自适应测试（CAT），75–145 题，其中 15 题为不计分预试题。题型以四选一单选为主，含多选、排序、填空、图表题。考时最长 5 小时。考试在你能力被确定后自动结束，所以题量越少不代表考得越差。Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT), 75–145 items including 15 unscored pretest items. Mostly four-option single-answer, plus multiple-response, ordered-response, fill-in-the-blank and chart items. Up to five hours. The exam ends once your ability is estimated, so a shorter exam does not mean a worse result.
